  • Restaurant inability to fulfill the order
  • Technical issues leading to order processing failure
  • Food quality or safety issues (subject to verification)

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
  • Contact restaurant staff or our customer support team immediately
  • Provide order number and reason for refund request
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order preparation has begun
  • Incorrect order details provided by customer
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Delays due to rush hours or previously communicated wait times

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when only specific items in an order are affected by quality issues or unavailability.
