By accessing and using QRMenu's services at PITAWORKS Restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate order information
  • Use the service for legitimate restaurant orders only
  • Not interfere with the proper working of the service
  • Not attempt to bypass any security measures
  • Note that we dont deliver or ship food. We work exclusively in a dine in scenario only.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to restaurant acceptance
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing
  • We use secure third-party payment processors

4. Limitation of Liability

QRMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to these will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the high court of Kerala, India.
